This raspberry and cranberry nootropics protein powder comes boxed with 12 individual 30g sachets inside. The nutritional information and ingredients are clearly labelled on the outside of the box. A friend introduced me to nootropics some time ago and I've been taking them occasionally ever since. I find they sometimes help fight fatigue and encourage sharper focus. The sachets are super easy to rip open and when the powder is added to 500ml-600ml of water it mixes easily in the shaker. I am getting a taste of raspberry and cranberry but the nootropics taste overwhelms making this drink an acquired taste. Drinking this amount of liquid before bedtime is too much and I've been consuming it for the last few nights around 7 pm. It's a light drink compared to some of the heavy milk protein shakes I usually have and although it's probably too early to comment on the results I do feel a little more relaxed during the day after consuming this product.

I was excited to try this as it looked great on the website and the ingredients looked really good. Unfortunately, when it arrived, the full ingredients on the box were more in depth and I could see that it contained Sucralose. It's a shame to include it, as it tastes so artificial and is believed to cause gut irritation. If it had been mentioned on the MySupplementShop page, I wouldn't have ordered it. The protein is fine, it mixes well and the flavour, aside from the sweetener, is pleasant. I often opt for clear whey over the usual milky whey shakes, it's a shame I haven't found one that doesn't include sweeteners, especially when I can get a big name brand clear whey for a fraction of the price of this.

Can't fault the mix and ingredients here at all for a sports support drink. In one serving you get a very decent 20g hit of vegan protein from rice sources, which I find always tends to have a more refreshing texture than pea. Carb content is 13g with very low sugar. Added caffeine and minerals give an extra boost and active support to make this a well-rounded pre-workout drink. The powder mixes up with plain water and dissolves really well for a smooth drink. I found it mixed down more quickly and easily than whey powders, requiring just a few shakes and no blender required. The watermelon and strawberry flavour is pleasant enough, although does taste a little artificial - I found that over-diluting it made it a bit more refreshing and palatable. At the current price point of just over £35 for 12 sachets, they seem a little on the dear side, although you have the convenience of ready-measured sachets to pop in your sports bag or ration in your luggage for an active trip away.
