The tub comes with a plastic measuring spoon inside, very much smaller than I thought I would need so I am glad it is there. It's almost like a snuff spoon it is so small. The powder will last a very long time as such small measures are required and the tub is so big. I tried the powder mixed in water, it didn't fizz up (as I had mistakenly thought it would) and took a bit of dissolving. When I got to the bottom of the glass the dregs had a bitter unpleasant taste. I read that dissolving in fruit juice is a better option, and I do that now.
