ste suplemento me gust muchsimo su composicin y ingredientes. Son unos ingredientes muy interesantes, tienen beneficios para nuestra mente y cuerpo y por ello me decid a probarlo. Durante aos he consumido productos de sta marca y siempre me han dado buen resultado ste en concreto an no noto nada, pero al igual que los dems suplementos, creo que necesitan su tiempo de actuacin. En el bote hay 60 cpsulas. Aconsejan 2-3 compromisos al da, si se toman sas cantidades, hay producto para 20 o 40 das. En m caso yo tomo solamente una al da y de momento me sienta bien. Le hubiera puesto 5 estrellas, pero se ha quedado en 4 estrellas por un ingrediente de su composicin que es el E-433. E-433 Estabilizante sinttico y emulsionante. Se obtiene derivado de la mezcla de xido de Etileno, Sorbitol (E420i) y cido Oleico. Es un aditivo con nivel de toxicidad alto, estara muy bien que indicaran la cantidad de ste producto que contiene cada comprimido. Por lo dems creo que es un producto que puede ser beneficioso y de buena calidad.

These vitamins are intended to help with concentration and focus, so if you're struggling to concentrate or if you have a bit of brain fog, these should be the business. They have a lot of B12 in them, which helps with fatigue, too. You really can't go wrong with Solgar, they're so reliable. At the time of writing, these are 33.07, which sounds a lot - especially given they'll only last you a month (you get 60 licaps, but you're supposed to take 2 or 3 a day) - but they are effective so if your brain needs a bit of a boost, these should do the trick.

Took one of these as a sample, without thinking. No taste - but of course is in a capsule (vegan). Contents black - like it has superpowers. Promptly forgot about it, intending to take one a day and see what if anything (most likely) happens. No buzz, nothing, so not like caffeine etc. Half an hour later a maths quiz popped up on a WhatsApp group with my friends. Bested it in almost no time. It was like I was making lateral connections I don't normally make. My eye made contact with the jar near my computer... really? Not just placebo? Going to have to try this again. A few days later a really tough missing letters game appeared. Again, did really well and quickly, and was the first to get all the answers. I think these capsules need a double-blind randomised test on them. They certainly seem to work for me. Maybe there is something I've been lacking, as always concerned over my inability to concentrate or remember things. Therefore they might not work for everyone. They are at a tricky price-point - for the benefit I'm getting, I won't hesitate to renew my supply at approx 1 per day. But to splash out 33 (at time of writing) seems too much if unsure will do anything for you. Certainly the brand, Solgar, has the best reputation - I trust them fully.

I almost wish these Solgar Brain Works capsules didn't work because they're so pricey I wouldn't want to feel I had to keep buying them, but I think they do make difference albeit a subtle one. I've taken Curcumin separately for some time now but stopped just before starting with this supplement. I've also tried Choline before, one of the active ingredients here, but not recently - it's thought to support neurotransmitters in the brain and supposedly has an effect on memory and concentration. The main ingredient I'd never heard of or tried is 'Bacomind' made from extracts of the Bacopa Monnieri plant and there are interesting claims made for it although there also seems to be a lack of real scientific evidence to back those up. Note there's a suspected issue with taking Bacopa Monnieri and Thyroid conditions so be wary if you suffer from any such issues. They're quite large capsules and inky-purple coloured, which makes a change, and so beware if you struggle with swallowing big tablets and capsules. Given that there's Curcumin in there, which is bright yellow and stains everything it touches, I suspect opening up the capsules might get very messy, so just open wide and take a big gulp. I get no after effects, no nasty burps or stomach upsets and I usually take them in the morning with breakfast. The effect I get is subtle but noticeable, I just feel bit more focussed and alert. It's a bit like drinking your first coffee of the day except without the unnatural buzz that Caffeine often gives, this feels more natural. There's some talk of Bacopa Monnieri having some benefits for Alzheimer's sufferers but I can't speak to that at all, but it really does seem to have some effect for a forgetful middle-aged bloke so might be worth a try. I've always appreciated Solgar's quality and reputation but I do question why these need to be so expensive, though the main culprit seems to be the Bacopa Monnieri which is a pricey ingredient.
