I've tried various pre-workout powders or gels and have varying results and I was hoping that this one would have made a noticeable difference but to be honest whilst I think there is some effect it's not that great. I've been taking the recommended amount in water about 30 mins before various exercise or workouts such as running or racket sports and I think it gives me a little edge initially but it wears off quickly. As for the taste, I've been taking the Strawberry watermelon flavour and I have to say I really like it as it tastes quite fruity with no unpleasant after taste, but I don't think I'll be investing in this brand again as it's quite pricey for the quantity and little effect.

Overall, I'm cautiously pleased with the supplement for now. However, the overly sweet taste does detract slightly from the overall experience for me. Therefore, I'm happy to rate it 4/5.

This is a nicely packaged pre workout that came in a powdered form, you mix a single scoop into about 300ml of water. However, taste wise it's pretty horrible, i'm not sure what the flavour is supposed to be but I can taste neither strawberry nor watermelon, it's just a very sweet artificial flavour. I took about 3 sips and then had to chuck the rest into the sink. I can't recommend this.
