There are 60 softgels vitam D3+K2 and you will have to take only one a day (with a meal) so this bottle enough for 2 months of dosing. These softgels are very easy to swallow if you don't feel like sucking them. Very good flavour ( Fruit, Coconut ). Great value for money. Recommend.

The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. They are made from bovine gelatine so vegetarians and vegan will want to avoid it. You are getting 60 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of one then they will last you around 2 months. Pretty good value for money at around 6. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider for your immune health. I like the addition of K2 which should help absorption rates.
