These are K - the taste is a actually fine and a lot better than most and they're very practical and do give a bit of a boost but I prefer the sachets that have a sightly different mix also from this brand - I find the increase in performance much more noticeable in those abut these are OK.

This is a tricky one to review. I can't say that they work, but I can't say that they don't... Firstly, the shot itself is a borderline fluorescent pink, it tastes extremely tart and slightly medicinal, one to chug rather than sip. I do a bit of running, with at least one long run during the week lasting around an hour. I followed the instructions and took the shot thirty minutes before heading out, After about ten minutes, I had a faint headache and an extremely dry mouth, after twenty, I had a weird tingling across my shoulders and arms. On the run, I can't say that I noticed anything. I didn't feel more energetic or alert, in fact, I felt flatter than usual. I've only used these on two runs, and neither turned out to be any faster or easier than runs without, in fact, they were marginally slower. My wife tried one before an aquafit/swimming session and also felt a mild headache and odd tingling but didn't notice any improved energy or alertness. At £20, they're probably worth a go, if they work for you, fantastic, if not, you haven't broken the bank. That being said, you can get cheaper products that do the same thing and with comparable caffeine levels.

I love to drink this pre-workout when I go training straight from the office so I don't have to carry powder and shakers. I feel like it gives me the same energy other powder pre-workouts give me. The flavour is really nice, and the ingredients seem to be what you'd expected in a pre-workout. I had a few other products from this brand in the past and I never got disappointed.
